Administrative Assistant

Position Overview

McQueen Co., a luxury residential design-build family of brands, is seeking an executive-level Administrative Assistant to support daily office and executive-level operations at our Upper Saint Clair location. We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years prior administrative support experience who want to grow and excel in their field and within our firm.

General Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a kind and professional manner
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
  • Monitor and order office supply inventory
  • Maintain general office organization and cleanliness
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and basic administrative tasks
  • Support team members, department heads, and executive team with day-to-day operational needs
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative or office experience required
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office or similar)
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in design/build industries is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
