Landscape Maintenance Company seeks an experienced, bilingual (Spanish), self-motivated and goal-oriented Administrative Assistant.
Job Description:
- Organize, maintain, and purge files, documents, and/or logs.
- Process and complete employee onboarding/termination process
- Complete and process Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and Record Payroll into system and submit to corporate
- Monitor and ensure an inventory of office supplies is kept at all times.
- General office organization
- Additional administrative tasks tbd
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of office or administrative experience
- HR Experience preferred but not mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Outstanding telephone and communications skills along with a professional demeanor is required
- Ability to analyze information quickly to effectively problem solve issues and concerns
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills required
- Must be available to work Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
