Job Summary
Administrative Assistant wanted for specialized construction equipment company in North Bergen, NJ to perform general small office and customer service functions. Duties include phone and in-person reception, generating price quotes and invoices, basic financial data entry and record keeping, inventory documentation, filing, and miscellaneous clerical tasks. Experience working in construction, mechanical, warehouse, or similar office environment is essential. Proficiency in both English and Spanish are necessary skills. Office hours are Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
