Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems and office records
  • Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications for seamless document creation and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills—bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) are a plus
  • Demonstrated clerical experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management.
  • Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Customer service expertise combined with professional phone etiquette to foster positive interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
