Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Founding Operations & Acquisitions Assistant at Abstract Capital Group company. This is a foundational role with significant room for growth as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry into the CRM, deal pipeline, and internal systems
  • Organizing deal documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Reaching out to companies via email, phone, or online portals
  • Creating and managing Google Sheets / Excel files
  • Helping set up software, integrations, and automations
  • Training new employees on data entry processes (as the team grows)
  • Assisting with general admin and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly
  • Proficient with Google Sheets and Excel (bonus if advanced)
  • Able to follow procedures and create simple SOPs
  • Reliable, responsible, and great with deadlines
  • Trustworthy and able to grow with the company

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
