RESPONSIBLILITIES

AR data entry

Assist the AR Director

General Ledger/Accounting Background

Understanding month end close

Account Analysis

Understanding of sales tax

Real Estate experience a plus

Answering phones

Bank Reconciliation

Process Credit card payments

Month End statements

Process Remote deposit payments

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong attention to detail

Experience with Excel

Knowledge of Sage preferred

Experience with Quickbooks

Strong customer service skills

AR experience preferred

Accounting experience

General office background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
