Required Education and Experience

• High School Graduate, College degree preferred
• Two to three years' experience, preferably in an office environment
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Manage Reception by kindly greeting guests and providing general support to visitors
• Effectively communicate by email, telephone, and written correspondence any information pertaining to the office
• Manage incoming mail by opening, scanning, and distributing appropriately, and process outgoing mail as needed
• Point of contact for building management and input maintenance requests as needed
• Monitor office and café supply and fulfill supply orders as needed
• Assist with conference room reservations and the upkeep of conference rooms and common spaces
• Point of contact for all office vendors (copier, shredding, coffee/water maintenance scheduling, IT inspections, etc.)
• Meeting coordination
• Coordinate catering orders and support the planning of on-site meetings
• Coordination of office activities/events
• Assist with office communications
• Support Administration with other duties as assigned

• Ability to work independently and in stressful situations

Physical Demands and Work Hours
Light work, requiring exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
