Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our clerical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly.

Duties

  • Operate multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, ensuring easy access to information both digitally and in hard copies.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects while maintaining effective time management skills.

Experience

  • Previous administrative experience is required; experience in a collections office is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
