Joliet Electric Motors is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist our management and employees with diverse projects and provide general administrative support.
Core Duties:
- Communication Handling: Answering, screening, and directing phone calls.
- Document Preparation and Office Support: Support to office personnel, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and reports.
- Record Keeping and Filing: Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems, including databases.
- Office Operations Support: Ordering, maintaining, and managing inventory of office supplies, and ensuring office equipment is functional.
- Visitor Support: Greeting and directing clients and visitors.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
Skills & Qualification:
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to interact with staff and clients.
- Organization and Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and document management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
