Administrative Assistant

Job Overview

Duties

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting clients and providing general office support
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Organizing, scanning, and filing documents
  • Assisting with tax return processing and filing
  • Tracking deadlines and maintaining client records
  • General clerical and administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with basic computer applications (email, scanning, document management)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

Pay: $48,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
