Administrative Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and will be proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in supporting our office operations and ensuring efficient workflow.

Duties

  • Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Maintain and organize office files and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
  • Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory.
  • Utilize phone systems effectively to facilitate communication within the office.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in property management is beneficial
  • Strong skills in office management practices and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Appfolio or similar property management software is advantageous.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars efficiently.
  • Previous experience as an administrative clerk or in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
