Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting leadership with day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendars
- Support billing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate office activities and supplies
- Assist with client intake and basic customer service
- Work closely with management to support daily operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks, ADP, or CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
