Administrative Assistant

Purchase, NY - Hybrid


  • Key tasks include invoice payments, corporate data collection and reporting, quarterly data gathering, and facilitating charitable support processes
  • Hybrid role with lots of filing, request handling, and prioritization
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word required, PowerPoint a plus
  • Help coordinate Center for Inclusive Growth and Sustainability Offsites and monthly All Hands meetings
  • Facilitate the collection of and review of interim and final reports
  • Track and input all payment requests for the Mastercard Impact Fund
  • Manage file organization and document storage across team
  • Support the Business Unit Charitable Support process, handling requests from the office of the CEO as well as fulfilling all reporting requests associated.
  • Provide various operational support functions on ad hoc basis as needed
  • Coordinate Center for Inclusive Growth and Sustainability Offsites and All Hands meetings
  • Collect and review interim and final reports
  • Track and input payment requests for the Mastercard Impact Fund
  • Organize files and documents for the team
  • Manage the Business Unit Charitable Support process, including CEO requests and reporting.
