TITLE: Administrative Business Partner

LOCATION: Remote (CST hours)

As an Administrative Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's success by handling essential administrative functions, managing schedules, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Required Skills:

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in calendar management and travel coordination
• Experience with expense reporting and facilities coordination
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms
• Basic understanding of office management or administrative software
• Previous experience supporting executive teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to align with a 9-5 schedule in the CT time zone remotely
• Comfortable with handling sensitive information with discretion
• Willingness to adapt to evolving priorities and responsibilities

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $20.00 to $34.37 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
