Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the VP’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and

coordinating logistics

  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external contacts
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and basic reports
  • Coordinate meetings, take notes as needed, and follow up on action items
  • Arrange travel and submit expense reports
  • Maintain files and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Experience supporting leadership preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Clear communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential informatio
