Administrative Assistant

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and can manage multiple priorities with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, email management, and data entry
  • Answer and direct phone calls; handle correspondence professionally
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (digital and physical)
  • Assist with invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and expense tracking
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes as needed
  • Support team members with project-based tasks and follow-ups
  • Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative or office support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude

Schedule

  • Part-time (approximately 15–25 hours per week; flexible based on needs)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Philadelphia, PA 19125
