Administrative Assistant

Summary of responsibilitiesThis position provides administrative support to the advisors and staff members, interfacing with clients and maintaining operating efficiency with uploading documents to our database.

Principal responsibilities

  • Greet incoming clients and get them settled into conference rooms
  • File client statements, correspondence, and agreements so that all client filing is completed within five business days
  • Handle phone calls from clients, when appropriate; transfer calls to advisor, schedule meetings
  • Handle advisor needs proactively
  • Perform mail merge for mailings, as directed by advisor

Make recommendations to systematize and improve office functioning

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
