We are one of South Florida’s fastest-growing youth volleyball organizations, serving athletes ages 8–18 across developmental, regional, and national programs.

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized
Administrative Assistant
to support the daily operations of the club and help maintain structure across all systems.
Role Overview
The
Administrative Assistant
is responsible for managing the club’s day-to-day administrative functions, including communication, scheduling support, billing, and general office operations.
This is a
full-time, in-office role (9–5)
that requires someone who is:

You will work closely with leadership and coaching staff to ensure that
operations run smoothly and communication stays clear and consistent

Key Responsibilities
1. Front Office & Communication
-
Answer and manage
phone calls, emails, and daily inquiries
-
Serve as a point of contact for parents, players, and new prospects
-
Provide accurate information regarding programs, schedules, and registration
-
Ensure timely and professional communication at all times
2. Billing & Administrative Support
-
Manage
billing, invoices, and payment tracking
-
Assist families with account questions and payment-related concerns
-
Maintain organized financial records and administrative documentation
-
Support backend systems such as registration platforms and spreadsheets
3. Scheduling & Program Support
-
Assist with
practice schedules, court assignments, and calendar updates
-
Support coordination of clinics, camps, and club programming
-
Help ensure all schedules are accurate, updated, and clearly communicated
-
Assist with tryout organization and general program logistics
4. Office Operations & Organization
-
Maintain organized systems for:

Player rosters
-
Schedules
-
Communication records
-
Administrative files
-
Support daily office operations and ensure a structured environment
-
Assist with preparation for meetings, events, and internal needs
5. Staff & Leadership Support
-
Provide administrative support to
club leadership and coaching staff
-
Assist with coordinating internal communication and documentation
-
Help ensure coaches and leadership have what they need to operate efficiently
6. Community & Event Support

Assist with organizing
club events, clinics, and community initiatives
-
Support communication and coordination for community service efforts
-
Help maintain a positive and professional club presence
Qualifications
Required
-
Ability to work
in-office, full-time (9–5)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication (phone, email, in-person)

High attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred

Previous administrative or office experience
-
Experience in youth sports, athletics, or service-based environments

Familiarity with scheduling systems or registration platforms
