Administrative Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with friendly professionalism
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and provide excellent customer service with proper phone etiquette
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and ensure all documents are properly organized and accessible
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and communication tasks
  • Support office management activities including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices
  • Provide clerical support such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting customer support efforts

Experience

  • Proven office experience or administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Familiarity with office management procedures including filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Proficiency in computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Previous roles as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant will be considered advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to manage calendars efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and support team members with excellent time management skills

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
