Location: Abu Dhabi
Position: Administrative Assistant (Female)
Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant (Female) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Candidates with experience in construction or contracting companies in the UAE will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination activities
  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents
  • Coordinate with different departments for operational and administrative support
  • Manage office supplies, schedules, and routine office activities
  • Assist in preparing employee documentation and maintaining records
  • Handle calls, emails, and visitor coordination professionally
  • Support management with administrative tasks and reporting requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a construction or contracting company
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude and good coordination skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
