Our client is a global asset management firm with over $26 billion in AUM and invests in multiple asset classes such as long/short equity, global macro investments, and private investments. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to investment teams
Responsibilities

Manage calendars and conference calls, make appointments, book conference rooms, organize meetings

Strategically partner with investment teams to help alleviate workload and create efficiencies

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

Create and process expense reports
-
Manage phone coverage for team and set up conference calls as needed

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners

Work on special projects as needed
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree required
-
2-4 years of related admin experience
-
Excellent communication and ability to interact with all levels within the firm

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
-
Strong attention to detail
Salary Range
$90,000-$110,000
