Administrative Assistant

We are hiring an Admin Assistant for a leading Advertising Agency in Giza.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and assist team members to improve overall efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Prepare Quotations, reports, presentations, and documents
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Support internal teams with administrative needs
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information


Required Skills & Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma (preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Very good in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures
