Administrative Assistant

The Operations Support Administrator provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient office and business function performance. This role supports internal teams, manages processes, and helps maintain high standards of organization, communication, and service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication

Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency

Monitor workflows and ensure tasks are completed on time

Assist with reporting, data entry, and analysis as needed

Qualifications

Previous administrative or operations support experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
