Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support managers, employees, and visitors by managing a variety of tasks that help ensure smooth, positive, and productive interactions within and outside the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Partners and to the management team

Help ensure the efficient operation of the team

Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements

Provide word processing and other document preparation

Assist with special projects and other general office tasks, as needed
- Exercise independent judgment in making day-to-day decisions

Prepares correspondences, including letters and memos for internal and external use

Prepares monthly reports including gathering necessary data and making copies for distribution
-
Maintains proper filing systems

Responsible for the workflow of a specific departmental function
- Initiates action items from manager's meeting notes and distribute
-
Assists manager with special projects as requested
-
Aids clients, vendors, and subcontractor as necessary.

Assit accounting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
-
At least three years of office coordination and quality control experience in a distribution or manufacturing setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.

Highly organized and able to successfully manage multiple projects at once

Strong communication skills
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
