Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

The Basics

Job Type: Temporary (through August
Compensation: $21.50 per hour

How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide administrative support to pharmacy operations, leadership, pharmacists, and technicians to support daily workflow needs.
• Perform data entry, filing, scanning, document preparation, and record maintenance with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist with inventory-related administrative tasks, including supply ordering and inventory documentation.
• Prepare labels, shipping documentation, and internal operational paperwork to support efficient pharmacy operations.
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory management, stocking, organizing, and cycle counting activities while helping maintain an organized workspace.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, warehouse, or healthcare support experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
