We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to office management. Duties
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using computer literacy skills and Microsoft Office applications.
- Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee organization of files and documents to ensure a tidy workspace.
- Utilize Google Workspace tools for collaboration, document sharing, and communication across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Prior office management or administrative experience is desirable.
- Strong typing skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism.
