Administrative Assistant – Accounting & Operations

Administrative & Accounting Coordinator

Garden Grove, CA (On-site) | Full Time | Flexible Hours

$24–$30 per hour depending on experience

Spray Planet is looking for a highly detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to support our growing operations and manage key customer accounts such as Ace Hardware and Do it Best.

This position combines administration, accounting support, and operational coordination while working directly with the CEO and CFO.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate data entry and order processing
  • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Maintain records and transactions in NetSuite ERP
  • Manage spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership
  • Assist with customer accounts and internal operations

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with NetSuite, SAP or ERP systems (preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with A/P, A/R or accounting support
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
