Schedule: Full-time (flexible)
Location: Hybrid (some remote work available)

Liberty Core is a growing group of real estate, consulting, and business ventures seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to support the owner, agents, and affiliated companies.

This role supports real estate transactions, bookkeeping, operations, and new business initiatives. We are looking for someone who thinks ahead, stays organized, and solves problems without needing constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Support

  • Manage transaction files from contract to close

  • Track deadlines and coordinate with title, lenders, and agents

  • Prepare contracts, addenda, and listing paperwork

Administrative Support

  • Manage schedules, files, and communications

  • Maintain CRM and client records

  • Assist with marketing and office coordination

Bookkeeping

  • Track payments, invoices, and expenses

  • Assist with reconciliation and financial organization

Operations

  • Help manage venue bookings and client communication

  • Assist with systems, organization, and business projects

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Comfortable with administrative systems and technology

  • Professional communicator with clients and partners

  • Self-starter who takes ownership of work

Compensation: $30/hour
