Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.

Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, globally focused team working at the forefront of advertising engineering and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, energetic, and assertive administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, onsite environment. This role provides critical administrative and operational support to a large engineering team, serving as the essential onsite presence for remote administrative staff who are unable to complete tasks requiring a physical location. The successful candidate will bring a strong sense of ownership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the confidence to manage complex calendars, coordinate team operations, and serve as a reliable partner to employees and administrative colleagues across diverse backgrounds. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring reliable transportation and a consistent, professional presence five days per week.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive onsite administrative support for a large engineering team and serve as the primary point of contact for tasks that require a physical presence
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling for senior-level leadership up to the GM level, with confidence and assertiveness
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes
  • Assist with space management and facility operations within the assigned building
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed
  • Support department financial operations and personnel operations
  • Partner collaboratively with other administrative staff and employees from a variety of professional backgrounds
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the team or leadership
  • Manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining awareness of personal bandwidth and communicating limitations clearly and professionally
  • Serve as a delegate for calendar management responsibilities on behalf of remote administrative team members

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant or office management role
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with calendar management, including managing schedules for leadership-level personnel
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting
  • Demonstrated history of consistent tenure in previous roles; candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes or low tenure will not be considered
  • Strong calendar management skills, including the ability to manage senior-level schedules with confidence and discretion
  • Demonstrated experience in office management, including facility and space coordination
  • Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
  • Assertiveness and the ability to set boundaries, prioritize tasks, and communicate bandwidth effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside teams of diverse backgrounds
  • Reliable and punctual with dependable transportation for consistent onsite attendance

Additional Details

  • Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Pay Range*: $23 - $26.50 per hour
  • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
  • Job Status: Non-Exempt
