Administrative Assistant (Female)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator with proven experience in the UAE real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of property documentation, CRM systems, government portals, and transaction coordination. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations and providing effective support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations within the real estate office.
  • Prepare and manage property documentation including Form A, Form B, Form F, Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), and tenancy agreements.
  • Coordinate and process Ejari registrations and Dubai Land Department (DLD) related documentation.
  • Maintain and update property listings across CRM systems and property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Coordinate with brokers, clients, developers, and banks to ensure smooth transaction processing from initiation to closure.
  • Prepare commission statements, invoices, and periodic sales reports for management review.
  • Track and monitor deals to ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts and property records.
  • Monitor broker documentation, including RERA certifications, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist management with operational reporting, official correspondence, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE real estate regulations and internal company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a UAE real estate company (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of DLD procedures, Ejari registration, and Trakheesi system.
  • Experience managing property portals and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with RERA regulations and real estate compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
