Administrative Assistant for Accounting Department

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for our Accounting Department to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently,

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, filing and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for correspondence, reports and scheduling
  • Ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
  • Support office management activities
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Other support tasks as necessary

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilites
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritized tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Attention to detail with proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documents
  • Ability to handle interactions professionally with good etiquette
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
