Administrative Assistant for Golf Cart Shop

Company information:
Southern Golf Cars has been in business for over 25 years and has recently expanded into a new Boynton Beach location! We sell and service Yamaha, EZGO and Club Cars.

Description of role:
Administration Assistant will be positioned at our front desk reception area and will comprise of greeting customers as well as other administrative tasks. We are looking for somebody outgoing with a great work ethic! bilingual a must.

Tasks:
Tasks will include but not limited to:

Leasing and Collections
Customer Reception/Answering Phones
Warranty Claims Processing
Creating Quotes, Work Orders, Service Calls and Invoices
Checking Emails and Responding to customer requests
Website Updating/Social Media Posts
Possible Sales and Leasing, Send out estimates to customers, receive payments at checkout. Send estimates, Receive parts/bills

Requirements:
Microsoft Office Knowledge - Word, PowerPoint, Excel

QuickBooks
General Computer Knowledge
Social Media Knowledge
Eager to Work in Fast Paced Environment
Follows Directions
Follow Through
Team Player

Skills and certifications:
Critical Thinking

Work schedule:
Monday - Friday
8AM - 4:30PM

Pay:
$14 - $15 per Hour Depending on Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
