Administrative Assistant / HR Assistant / Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant / HR Assistant to support daily office operations and HR activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

Handle office documentation and filing

Prepare reports and data entry

Schedule meetings and manage calendars

Answer phone calls and emails

Maintain office supplies inventory

HR Duties:

Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling

Maintain employee records and attendance

Support payroll processing

Assist with onboarding and orientation

Handle employee queries professionally

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / HR (preferred)

1–2 years experience in admin or HR role

Good communication skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to handle confidential information

Skills:

Time management

Organizational skills

Attention to detail

Good interpersonal skills
