You will be the Administrative Assistant for the Technical Training team. Our team is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support that enables seamless training operations.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for delivering reliable office services that keep the Technical Training team focused on mission‑critical tasks.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Maintain organized alphabetical, numerical, and subject files and ensure they are up‑to‑date.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and training sessions.

  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, correspondence, and memorandums using standard desktop software.

  • Field inquiries about office procedures, policies, and procedures, directing complex questions to senior staff as needed.

Basic Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Ability to prepare and present reports.

This position is located at a facility that requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Desired Skills:


1 year prior administrative experience.

Experience in compliance and quality assurance.

Ability to work multiple projects, simultaneously, with little direction.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
