Administrative Assistant – Probate, Trust & Estate Law Firm

We are a small boutique probate, trust, and estate litigation law firm seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our attorneys and staff with e-filing, calendaring, correspondence, scheduling, and client intake. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detailed-driven, deadline-heavy environment and enjoys being the operational anchor of a tightknit team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file pleadings and manage digital documents
  • Maintain calendars, deadlines, hearings, and scheduling with courts and clients
  • Draft and manage correspondence and client communications
  • Conduct intake calls, set up new matters, and assist with onboarding
  • Provide general administrative support, including mail, scanning, and organization

Qualifications

  • Prior law from experience preferred (probate, litigation, or family law a plus)
  • Familiarity with Texas e-filing systems
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Clio is helpful
  • Professional, calm, client-focused demeanor
