Administrative Assistant - Real Estate

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to support the daily operations of our real estate office in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will handle property listings, documentation, client coordination, and ensure smooth administrative processes in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update property details.
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, addendums, and related documentation.
  • Handle lease renewals and coordinate move-in/move-out procedures.
  • Assist with municipality-related registrations.
  • Coordinate with tenants, and agents for property-related matters.
  • Track rental payments, cheques, and due dates.
  • Maintain accurate records of properties, clients, and transactions.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Schedule property viewings and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations in Ras Al Khaimah

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Salary
Negotiable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
