Administrative Assistant - Real Estate & Personal Support

We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy real estate professional. This role combines real estate administrative tasks with personal assistant responsibilities and is ideal for someone who is flexible, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete Broker Price Opinions (BPOs)
  • Prepare and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)
  • Assist with offer input and transaction support
  • Manage and organize property and client files
  • Assist with personal administrative tasks, including paying bills
  • Run occasional errands (e.g., store runs, assisting with pets such as vet visits)
  • Provide general day-to-day administrative support

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: 1099 (independent contractor)
  • Schedule: Part-time with flexible start and end times
  • Training Period: First 90 days in-person
  • After Training: Opportunity for hybrid schedule (approximately 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
  • Work Environment: In-home office setting; candidate should be comfortable working in a home where smoking occurs in a separate room from the office.
  • Growth Opportunity: Potential to transition into a full-time role

Compensation:

  • $750 per week or hourly (based on experience and structure you would like)

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable with both administrative and personal assistant tasks
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Real estate experience is a plus but not required
  • At least 1 year of administrative or assistant experience required
