We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy real estate professional. This role combines real estate administrative tasks with personal assistant responsibilities and is ideal for someone who is flexible, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Responsibilities:
- Complete Broker Price Opinions (BPOs)
- Prepare and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)
- Assist with offer input and transaction support
- Manage and organize property and client files
- Assist with personal administrative tasks, including paying bills
- Run occasional errands (e.g., store runs, assisting with pets such as vet visits)
- Provide general day-to-day administrative support
Position Details:
- Employment Type: 1099 (independent contractor)
- Schedule: Part-time with flexible start and end times
- Training Period: First 90 days in-person
- After Training: Opportunity for hybrid schedule (approximately 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
- Work Environment: In-home office setting; candidate should be comfortable working in a home where smoking occurs in a separate room from the office.

Compensation:
- $750 per week or hourly (based on experience and structure you would like)
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with both administrative and personal assistant tasks
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required
- At least 1 year of administrative or assistant experience required
