Local residential real estate firm of 3 agents seeking an admin assistant and transaction coordinator.
Transaction coordinator will facilitate a smooth contract-to-close period with clear communication to all parties - scheduling inspections and closings, sharing paperwork with appropriate parties and uploading forms into system, completing repairs requests, following up with lenders, attorneys, and listing agents, sending out mail chimps with key details for the client to know next steps, maintaining One Drive, checking closing disclosures, end of year tax forms, asking for Google reviews, answering client's questions in a timely and professional manner, etc.
General admin work to include filing emails, maintaining CRM database, ordering supplies, running checks, ordering gifts, scheduling, responding to general questions in inbox(s), any general needs of team lead, to stay one step ahead and proactively alleviate her workload.
Often a fast-paced environment - position requires ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and remain organized. Being able to set up and manage systems a perk. Proactive, professional, adaptive and team player are all attributes that would be very attractive for the next addition to our team. Experience in real estate sector a plus.
Monday - Friday (9-5) in Fenton office. No health care benefits paid. Immediate start a plus. Salary plus incentives
