Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to handle a variety of clerical tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally at the front desk, creating a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with promptness and accuracy
  • Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
  • Support office management activities such as supply ordering, inventory tracking, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Assist in processing sales team monthly commissions
  • Handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications.
  • Proven office and reception experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally in person and over the phone
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with front desk operations is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
