This role supports hospice leadership and clinical operations by ensuring documentation, records, and office workflows are accurate, compliant, and efficient.

• Wage Range: $19-23 per hour/DOE

What You’ll Do

• Support the agency operations with confidential administrative tasks
• Manage correspondence, documents, and office files
• Maintain meeting minutes and administrative records
• Answer phones and assist callers professionally
• Track physician orders and ensure timely signatures
• Maintain Medicare/Medicaid documentation and forms
• Assist with patient record organization and discharge files
• Manage office supplies and administrative logs
• Support accurate data entry and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in home health or hospice
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Comfort working with confidential information
• Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred)
• Organized, dependable, and detail‑focused
• Able to work on-site, Monday to Friday, 8-5 pm
