Executive Assistant at McDonald’s Global Office in Hyderabad Supporting Sr. Director Leaders

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic administrative assistant to support various Sr. Director leaders in the McDonald's global office located in the RMZ campus in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity to build upon your professional experience in a fast-paced team environment. You will be a critical team member and will perform a wide variety of specialized and administrative functions. If you possess strong organization and interpersonal skills and have a history of getting results in a team environment, this could be the role for you!


In this role, you will:

  • Calendar Management and Meeting Coordination : Provide comprehensive calendar management for Sr. Director leaders, including scheduling and coordinating senior leadership meetings, cross-functional team discussions, and external stakeholder engagements. Manage all logistics for meetings, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business priorities.
  • Travel and Logistics Support : Oversee complex travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, passport and visa documentation, and on-ground logistics. Ensure seamless travel experiences by proactively managing changes and preparing detailed travel schedules. Handle post-travel processes such as expense report preparation and submission.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, finance teams, market leaders, and cross-functional peers. Act as a trusted point of contact and liaison for select Sr. Director leaders.
  • Administrative Support and Compliance : Manage correspondence, invoices, and document processing for the supported departments. Ensure timely and accurate handling of administrative tasks, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience supporting team executives in a corporate environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and WebEx or similar meeting tools with demonstrated ability to learn new technology capabilities
  • Polished professional comfortable interacting with Executive level management
  • Demonstrates ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be very proactive and energetic, self-led, and results oriented
  • Embraces team first approach
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to influence with superior negotiation skills
  • Quick learner and ability to understand complex business issues with demonstrated ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to be a culture agent, being the first impression and interaction for many external stakeholders
  • Must be organized, motivated with superior follow-through
  • Must be able to prioritize and work well under pressure
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving business and work environment
