Administrative Assistant (UAEN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to managers and team members
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and basic reporting
  • Greet visitors and handle front-desk responsibilities when required
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Support other departments with ad hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
