Administrative Assistant/Customer Care Specialist

Looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and customer service oriented individual. Must be adept in excel, word and technologically savvy. This position requires being first on answering phones and daily interactions with our customer base. Your customer service skills must meet or exceed expectations, as this job is very important, you are the first experience our customers will have with our company, and we want it to be a good one! Must be great at multi- tasking and a quick learner, as this industry is very fast paced during our busy months.

Job requirements include good people skills, computer and technical skills, must be able to take on call on nights and weekends when schedule rotates. Sentry Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is a drug free work place. A background check and pre-employment drug tests are required. Description: Answer customer calls, schedule calls, be able to coordinate with dispatch, ability to be on call when needed, full time 40+ hours, flexible schedule required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.85 - $20.29 per hour
