What You’ll Do

As our Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients while also supporting essential administrative and accounting functions within the firm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and managing front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for partners and staff
  • Performing general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Managing project tracking for bookkeepers, tax preparers, and CPA’s
  • Supporting payroll compliance tasks
  • Assembling and delivering tax returns and client documents
  • Preparing invoices and handling billing support
  • Organizing client files and records (digital and physical)
  • Maintaining pleasant and well-organized office environment

What You’ll Bring

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Prior administrative assistant or front desk experience
  • Knowledge of tax and accounting industry
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
