Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing professional and friendly front desk service
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calendar management for staff or executives
  • Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining office equipment
  • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email promptly and professionally
  • Support clerical duties including typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing Google Workspace documents

Experience

  • Proven office experience or administrative support background in a busy environment
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus but not required; personal assistant experience is also valued
  • Clerical experience involving data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management will set you apart

Pay: $22.79 - $27.44 per hour
