Responsibilities
- First Impressions: Greet visitors and clients warmly to ensure they feel welcome.
- Communication: Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls accurately and professionally.
- Scheduling: Handle front-desk duties like booking appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Data & Records: Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading to keep our office organized.
- Software Management: Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for reports and emails.
- Office Operations: Help with mail, supply inventory, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks).
- Direct Support: Assist with clerical tasks and personal assistant duties as needed.
Skills
- Tech Proficient: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Organized Multitasker: Ability to stay focused and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable Background: Previous experience in an office or clerical role with high attention to detail.
- Customer-First Mindset: Excellent phone etiquette and people skills.
- Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are a major plus for serving our diverse clients.
- Niche Knowledge: Experience in medical/dental offices or QuickBooks is a huge advantage.
