We are seeking a full-time administrative assistant/receptionist to join our team at a full-service environmental consulting firm in Chantilly, Virginia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· On-site working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
· Maintain the reception area and welcome clients or visitors.
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
· Ensure office areas (reception, kitchen, conference room) are stocked and organized.
· Maintain accurate and current filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
· Assist with clerical and general administrative tasks.
Key Requirements:
· Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines.
· Punctual, reliable, motivated, and possess strong teamwork skills.
· Computer/IT/digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant or receptionist position.
