Salary: AED 4,000 per month


About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our PRO, EOR, and Supplier Management functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining seamless day-to-day operations through effective documentation management, vendor coordination, and employee support activities.


Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier and vendor records, registrations, and logs.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers (medical, travel, courier, insurance, etc.) to ensure timely service delivery.

• Prepare supplier job cards, track invoices, and process related payments.

• Support employee onboarding tasks, including bank account openings and WPS registration.

• Organize and manage company documentation through SharePoint.

• Provide administrative support to the PRO and EOR teams as needed.


Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in administration, vendor management, or PRO/EOR coordination.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint .

• Knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS procedures will be an advantage.

• Valid UAE Driving License
