Job Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations and must excel in multi-tasking, with a high level of accuracy and dependability.

Skills

  • Excellent administrative skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams is preferred)
  • Familiarity with phone systems and effective phone etiquette
  • Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
