The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support our leadership team across scheduling, communications, and day-to-day operations. This role is the organizational center of a growing company — you’ll work directly with our CEO, co-founders, and Master Educator to keep things running smoothly so leadership can focus on building the brand.

What You’ll Do

Leadership Support Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and handle email triage for multiple members of the leadership team. You’re the person who makes sure nothing gets dropped.

Communications & Follow-Up Draft and send emails on behalf of leadership, follow up with vendors and partners, and keep distributor communications organized and timely.

Education Program Coordination Support the logistics of our educator program — managing scheduling, coordinating class details, routing form submissions, and ensuring educators and students have what they need.

Systems & Data Maintain CRM records, keep shared documents and files organized, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure data across platforms stays clean and current.

General Operations Handle the day-to-day administrative work that keeps a growing business running — from document preparation to vendor coordination to whatever the week throws at you.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of administrative, coordination, or operations support experience
  • Proven ability to support multiple people with competing priorities
  • Strong written communication — you can draft a professional email without a template
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning new platforms quickly (Google Workspace, CRM tools, scheduling software)
  • Discreet, reliable, and able to handle sensitive business information with professionalism
  • Beauty, e-commerce, or DTC experience is a plus — genuine interest in the industry matters more

Benefits & Compensation

Pay range is $22–$25/hour based on experience. We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, and two weeks of paid time off. You’ll work directly alongside the leadership team in a role where your contributions are visible and your impact is immediate.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
